 Connecting to your mySQL Databases
Web Wiz Host hosting accounts come with mySQL 5 Database support. Our mySQL Database servers all run on Windows Server 2008 DataCenter 64 bit with Intel Quad-Core Xeon Processors and ultra fast 15,000RPM SCSI hard drives in a RAID 10 configuration. This creates a fast a reliable database system for your web site backend.
You can create mySQL databases in your accounts Control Panel. Once you have created your mySQL database use the connection information shown below to connect to your mySQL database from within your ASP or ASP.NET applications.
