 Installed Components
All of Web Wiz Host web hosting plans are hosted on Windows 2003 servers with Microsoft's IIS6 web server and all the functions of ASP, and ASP.NET. The following components are
also installed on all of Web Wiz Host web servers: -
ASP.NET Framework Versions 3.5 SP1, 3.0, 2.0, 1.1
ASP.NET is a powerful web application framework that can be utilised for building dynamic websites. The Web Wiz Host servers have the ASP.NET Framework 3.5, 3.0, 2.0, and 1.1 installed. You can select which version you wish to use from your control panel.
Please note: ASP.NET 3.0 and 3.5 add extensions to ASP.NET 2.0, if you select ASP.NET 2.0 for your site it will also support ASP.NET 3.0 and 3.5.
Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX

PHP 5.2 is installed on the servers using Microsofts FastCGI for high performance native multithreading Windows Server 2008 support.

If a commercially available component you require is not installed on our servers then we can normally meet this requirement provided you reimburse or contribute to any licensing costs incurred and we feel that the component will benefit other users, please contact us for more information.
Components written by yourself cannot be installed on our servers.
